Create an Account:
  • Go to "My Account" or “Log In” (located at the top of each page).
  • Under “New Customers” click “Create an Account.”
  • Complete the Personal and Login Information form and click “Submit.”
  • An account will be created for you and a confirmation email will be sent to you with your Login information.
  • Forgot Password?:
  • Go to “My Account” or "Log In" (located at the top of each page).
  • Click "Forgot Your Password?" under "Registered Customers."
  • Enter your email address and click "Send."
  • A confirmation email will be sent to you with your new Password information.
  • Change Email Address & Password:
  • Go to "My Account" or “Log In” (located at the top of each page) and sign in.
  • Click "Account Information" (located on the left).
  • Complete the “Account Information” form to change your email address.
  • If you want to change your password, check the “Change Password” check box and the “Change Password” form will appear.
  • Once completed, click “Save.”
  • Change Shipping Information:
  • Go to "My Account" or “Log In” (located at the top of each page) and sign in.
  • Click "Address Book" (located on the left).
  • Click “Change Shipping Address” under “Default Shipping Address” to edit your current shipping address, or click “Add New Address” for a new shipping address.
  • Change Billing Information:
  • Go to "My Account" or “Log In” (located at the top of each page) and sign in.
  • Click "Address Book" (located on the left).
  • Click “Change Billing Address” under “Default Billing Address” to edit your current billing address, or click “Add New Address” for a new billing address.

    How are Wind Spinners made?
    All our spinners are made of laser cut metal.
    How do I open a Wind Spinner?
    Open your wind spinner until there is a .75” = 1” gap between each ring.
    Where can I buy a Wind Spinner locally?
    Our products can be found at most of the major malls and also large retail stores such as Sams Club, Home Depot, and Rite Aid.

     

    Ordering
    First-Time Ordering:
    The receipt of an order number or an email order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell.  Iron Stop reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or to refuse service to any customer. Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order. Prices and availability of products on the Site are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected when discovered, and Iron Stop reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions (including after an order has been submitted).
    Adding Items to Your Shopping Cart
    When you're ready to purchase an item, click the "Add to Cart" button. You will now be directed straight to viewing all items in your shopping cart. Each time you add an item to your shopping cart, you'll be able to view all the items in your cart. After viewing the items in your shopping cart, you can start checking out or you can continue shopping. While shopping you can access your shopping cart anytime by clicking on the link that says "My Cart" at the top of any page.
     
    Proceed to Checkout
    Once all the items you want to buy are in your Shopping Cart, you can click the button "Proceed to Checkout." Here is where you will enter your order information.
    All orders must be a minimum of $8.
    Cancel or Change Order:
    If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us as early as possible. Products that were shipped next-day air and two-day air will be more difficult to cancel, but we will attempt our best to cancel it. If the product has already been shipped, it can still be returned if it it follows our return policy. Please contact one of our customer care representatives at 1-866-476-6363 if you have any questions.
    Payment Methods We Accept:
    We accept all major credit cards
    Sales Tax:
    Texas Residents will be charged applicable sales tax on their orders. Residents of other jurisdictions may be charged sales tax as required by applicable law.
    Currency:
    All prices are quoted and all payments must be made in US$.
    Viewing Order Status:
    You can view your order status by going to “My Account” at the top of any page and clicking on “My Dashboard”.
    Using a Discount Code:
    When checking out please apply your promo code in the field provided and a discount should be applied.
    Orders Never Received:
    If your order has not been received in 4 days of delivery date, please call us so we can research and locate your order.

     

    Shipping & Returns
    Shipping Policy:
    Most orders placed before 12pm Central Standard Time Monday through Friday will be processed and confirmed the same day.Please note, orders placed after 12pm Central Standard Time Monday through Friday, may not be processed and confirmed until the following business day. Orders placed after 12pm Friday generally will be processed and confirmed on the following Monday. Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays are not business days. We observe all calendar standard holiday and during these days orders will not shipped until the next business day.Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed and confirmed on Monday (most orders will also ship Monday).Order acknowledgment, confirmation of product availability, and shipping tracking information will be provided to you via email after your order is processed.Order confirmation and billing occurs only when your order has been shipped. We will notify you by email when that has occurred.Orders are shipped via FedEx Ground. A physical address is required for shipment. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.We verify all credit cards before shipping. In some cases, this may delay stated delivery dates.
    U.S. Shipping Rates:
    It's easy to see how much shipping will cost! In your shopping cart, there is a specific section to Estimate Shipping. Simply select your Country, State/Province. and type your Zip/Postal Code. By clicking on “Get a Quote,” a shipping estimate will automatically be provided.
    Shipping Restrictions:
    We currently do not offer international shipping.We do not ship to P.O Boxes.
    Delivery Times:
    All dates are estimates and may vary.
    Standard Ground: 3-7 business days after order processing.
    2-3 Day Express: 2-3 Business days after order processing.
    2-3 Day Express delivery dates do not have guaranteed delivery times. Signatures may be required upon delivery. Drivers will not leave packages without signatures, so you must arrange for someone to receive the package and sign for it. You may want to use a business shipping address to ensure that someone will be available to sign for the package. Transit days for ground shipments and 2-3-Day Express are business days and do not include weekends or holidays. You can view estimated delivery dates for individual products by viewing your order status. For online retail orders ONLY
    Satisfaction Guarantee:
    We have a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your product, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund excluding shipping. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. Product must be in original condition and must not show any signs of use or damage. For online retail orders ONLY
    Exchange Policy:
    We will exchange any product within 30 days. If you want to exchange your product please have an RMA number before you send it back. Once we have received the product, the new product will be shipped out to you. For online retail orders ONLY
    Packing & Sending Your Return or Exchange:
    Please make sure your product is packaged in a way there will not be damage during shipping.
    Damaged Products :
    We take every measure to assure quality products arrive damage free to our customers. However, if you do receive a damaged product please contact us and we will exchange or return the product and pay all necessary shipping fees. For online retail orders ONLY
